The Human Resources Office is responsible for recruiting, screening and referring applicants to the various units that provide individual services. The Department of Mental Health complies with the personnel principles of the State Personnel Board so that recruitment, selection and advancement of employees is based upon relative ability. The Human Resources department will hand out applications Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Noblin building. Applicants may complete applications in the Human Resource Department, drop off completed applications and/or provide required documents for copying. Your driver’s license, original social security card and high school diploma or GED is needed at the time application is turned in. You may turn in applications Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
